This special 493 lb Limited Quarry Release pallet brings together 10 individually selected stones from our Southern Oregon quarry, chosen for their unusual colors, patterns, character, and carving potential.
This is not a standard bulk pallet. The collection includes some of the more distinctive material found in the quarry, including red stone, brown and green material, lime green stone, and other rare patterned and multicolored pieces.

Each stone is completely natural and unique. Color, veining, mineral patterns, hardness, natural fractures, surface weathering, and other characteristics will vary from piece to piece.

A Connection to Our Carving History
Some of the colors, patterns, and natural characteristics represented in this pallet are similar to those found in Southern Oregon Soapstone used to create the well-known Bear and Duck sculptures. These finished sculptures are a great example of how the quarry's natural color variation and patterns can reveal themselves when the stone is carved and finished.
